Returns and Refunds

Returns are allowed if we receive them within the first 30 days after shipment, subject to the conditions and exceptions below. When we receive a returned product, that satisfies the conditions below, we will refund your purchase price, less shipping, and send a confirming e-mail.

  1. When you want to return a product you must first send an e-mail to: info@mostimportantstory.com within the first 30 days after purchase. Please type the subject of your email as “MIS PRODUCT RETURN” and let us know your invoice number and a brief reason for the return. We will not respond to this email message unless requested to do so.
  2. You should return your item by United States Post Office (USPS) or FedEx to: 11625 Custer Road  Suite 110-120Frisco, TX 75035 USA. In the package, please include a copy of your Most Important Story invoice with a brief note explaining the reason for the return. Credit for returns that are received with a postmark or www.fedex.com shipping date confirmation that is later than 30 days after shipment will not be allowed.
  3. Bibles and books must be returned unmarked and unused in their presentation boxes, if supplied.

Please Note:

We process refunds on the same or next business day after receiving products back. Your bank will usually put a hold on the funds for a few days after we have processed the refund, depending on their policies.
